Our products come from various places and so may not all arrive at the same time. We are unable to ship products to multiple addresses in the same order so please place individual orders if you are ordering to multiple addresses. The custom products take longer but we will keep in touch with you on their heavenly progress. Please don't hesitate to email wholly@theholyme.com with any queries. Our shipping rates are simple and easy to understand. Please note for the candles, dispatch is once the approval has been blessed by our team.

RETURNS
We don’t accept returns on any of our custom products, each one is made to order with your chosen saintly/sinner faces!
Of course if something is wrong with your purchase we will absolutely refund. This is thankfully exceedingly rare. We’ll refund the receipt of a picture of the damaged or imperfect item. Please email us on wholly@theholyme.com
For hygiene reasons, we also don't accept any returns on our water bottles.
We don’t accept returns on our celebrity candles as each one
is made to order and they need to arrive in immaculate condition.
Of course if one is smashed, please send a photo and it will
be replaced ASAP.
Everything else we have a 14 day returns policy, where the buyer pays the return shipping, please email us at wholly@theholyme.com if you would like to start the returns process.
